European Authorised/Authorized Representative Fees

Wellkang charges for Authorized Representative Service an annual fee. Below are the fees for several categories of products: MDD, PPE, Toys, etc. (Required hours of service of an Auth Rep varies greatly from case to case, therefore the fees below are for budget estimation only and subject to change without notice.)
  1. Authorised/Authorized Representative service for Medical Devices:

      Due to the complexity of Medical Devices, the required hours of service as an Authorised Representative varies greatly from device to device.

  2. Authorized/Authorised Representative service for Personal Protective Equipment:

    • Annual Fee for 1st year (12-month period)
      • starting from 749Euro.
    • Annual Fee beginning 2nd year
      • starting from 499Euro.
  3. Authorised/Authorized Representative service for Toys:

    • Annual Fee for 1st year (12-month period)
      • starting from 199Euro.
    • Annual Fee beginning 2nd year
      • starting from 99Euro*.

        * Fee applicable to product type/model starting from the 2nd.

  4. Authorised/Authorized Representative service fees for products covered by other EU Directives:

    IVD Medical Devices & AIMDD Medical Devices, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Low Voltage Electrical Equipment (LVD), Products covered by directive of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Machinery, Toys, Cosmetic Products, etc. varies from case to case, from product to product.
